2. Roll-Up: For a full-body stretch and core workout, the Roll-Up is perfect. Lie flat on your back with your arms extended overhead. Slowly peel your spine off the mat, one vertebra at a time, until you reach a seated position. Reverse the motion to lie back down. Repeat 8-10 times.
